Where Do I Start?
The first (and most difficult for most folks) thing to consider is what kinds
of fragrances your gift recipient might like. Do they like floral (China Lily,
Luna), spicy (Opium, Frankincense), woodsy (Houris, Eucalyptus), green (Grass,
Sun), fruity and foody (Australian Mango, Caramel), citrus (Bergamot, Love),
or herbaceous (Myrrh, Lavender) scents?
Birne products are designed for fragrance layering. That is, you can bathe or
shower with your favorite fragrance, moisturize after your bath with matching
scented lotion, and use perfume oil in the same fragrance to carry you through
the day. However, Birne products stand alone, scented or unscented, so that
you can not only custom-fragrance, but also tailor them to meet your needs.
How Do I Know They'll Like It?
People tend to like what they think smells good on them, but they also have to
feel comfortable wearing the fragrance in order to truly enjoy the experience.
And in order to feel comfortable, the fragrance oil or custom-fragranced
products need to fit their lifestyle. One person may be an avid
bubble bath user, but never use lotion. Another may work in a fragrance-free
workplace and so prefer not to wear perfume oils, but would rather enjoy
their favorite bathing gel. Some people like to wear perfume
oils because they are so long-lasting. Others prefer to have uplifting
moments throughout the day by using custom-fragranced lotion. Still other

How Do I Choose?
Think about your gift recipient's home, job, and individual style. Is this
